1) They effectively self-perform all of their work, the only contractor we've found that can provide NPC-3 work entirely on their own.

2) They are a great group of professionals, and their customer service is fantastic. They always take into account how their work affects the hospital staff as well as the patients that are here. 3) I've never seen a company take such great care with infection control as ETC. They have met all conditions expected of the Infection Control Practitioner and exceeded her expectations in communication and cooperation.

I am the RN Manager of Endoscopy Services at the Sharp Metropolitan Medical Campus here in San Diego. I had the pleasure to work with two of your employees — Cindee Futo, Project Manager, and Todd Jacobson, Assistant Superintendent. The transformation of our space is incredible and I appreciate what Cindee and Todd were able to do for our department.
