"Dear Ken,
Typically, I reserve accolades to the rare occasions that an individual or group rises above my high expectations and provides extraordinary service. The Essrig Taylor Construction, Inc, (ETC) under the direction of Glen Granholm, has been responsible for San Ramon Regional Medical Center’s (SRRMC) seismic upgrades and has provided exceptional service levels. Key among this distinguished service is the group’s ability to minimize operational disruption, strong employee relations and high levels of professionalism. Their responsiveness has been outstanding and, from all reports, the quality of the work has been excellent.
To a large extent, ETC has become an integral part of the medical center participating in the affairs of the hospital (they even hosted an end-of-the-month employee appreciation and educational activity) and has been sensitive to the needs of SRRMC in terms of scheduling their work load. Moreover, ETC has worked closely with Infection Control and Plant Operations to assure successful, timely execution.
Please accept this rare commendation from me as a high praise for their work."
Most sincerely,
Gary Sloan, CEO
San Ramon Regional Medical Center
"To whom it may concern:
I'm happy to take this opportunity to recommend the services of Essrig Taylor Construction (ETC). They are currently doing the NPC-3 retrofit project here at San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
The company is exemplary in the following ways:
1) They effectively self-perform all of their work, the only contractor we've found that can provide NPC-3 work entirely on their own.
2) They are a great group of professionals, and their customer service is fantastic. They always take into account how their work affects the hospital staff as well as the patients that are here. They have gone above and beyond expectations in meeting my customers' needs. Our clinical directors and staff have never been more complimentary of any contracting service.
3) I've never seen a company take such great care with infection control as ETC. They have met all conditions expected of the Infection Control Practitioner and exceeded her expectations in communication and cooperation.
4) The quality of work has been consistently top-notch. They work to the plans, and can adapt as needs dictate. The project's IOR and OSHPD have been pleased with everything accomplished.
All in all, the project is right on schedule with zero performance issues.
Please contact me directly at 925-275-8862 if any further information is needed."
Sincerely,
Steve Barnum

"Hello,
I am the RN Manager of Endoscopy Services at the Sharp Metropolitan Medical Campus here in San Diego. I had the pleasure to work with two of your employees — Cindee Futo, Project Manager, and Todd Jacobson, Assistant Superintendent. They are part of the Endoscopy department remodel August 20th to the present day.
I would like to acknowledge your employees for their wonderful attitudes and work ethics.
Ms. Futo has never failed to be anything less than professional and true to her word. Whenever I had a question or concern, she is quick to respond. She was able to coordinate this project effortlessly and managed to work well with other people involved in the project (in particular, one sales rep that is not always reliable!). I appreciated her knowledge and expertise on this project.
Mr. Jacobson demonstrates an ability and willingness to get the job done. He was generous with his time and eager to meet our needs. He manages his crew confidently and professionally. I really didn't think the project would be done in 10 days, and was impressed that Todd was able to deliver the project with no delays. As he said to me the first day, “I'v never been late on a project and I don't expect to be this time!
The transformation of our space is incredible and I appreciate what Cindee and Todd were able to do for our department. They were open to our concerns and willing to get the job done the way we wanted it. No concern was ever so small and they allowed us to participate actively along the way. I enjoyed working with both of them. Please extend to these great individuals my heartfelt thanks. They are so deserving of more than this email acknowledgment. They truly made a world of difference for me and my staff."
Sincerely,
Midolie B. Loyola, RN, BSN, CGRN
