ETC gets USGS Earthquake-Ready

The United States Geological Survey—in its first-ever nonstructural earthquake retrofit project—has selected Essrig Taylor Construction (ETC) to secure the contents of multiple buildings for its Earthquake Hazards Mitigation program at the organization’s flagship campus in Menlo Park, California.

This project involves securing more than 1,000 pieces of equipment in dozens of offices and labs located in several buildings. ETC is using its flexible, patented, and State-of- California-approved Safe-T-Proof Earthquake Fastening System for the project.
